The SirsiDynix SuperConference hotel blocks at both The Broadmoor and the Cheyenne Mountain Resort are now FULL. Check back with them, however, from time to time, as some cancellations are likely to occur closer to the start of the conference.

If you find you need to obtain a room elsewhere, check with the hotels listed below, which are in the vicinity of The Broadmoor. Note, however that a room in one of these facilities would require a cab ride to The Broadmoor.

Fees are listed for UUGI members and non-members, for regular registration. To maximize your savings, become an UUGI member if you are not already. (Specific questions about your institution's membership status should be directed to David Slater, UUGI treasurer)

The lower registration fee for 2007 is based on results from the SC 2006 attendees' survey. In order to reduce the cost of registration as you requested, UUGI and SirsiDynix made the decision to eliminate breakfast as part of the conference.

Breakfast will be on your own. You can take advantage of special arrangements made with The Broadmoor to offer a variety of breakfast items for purchase from 6:30 to 7:45 a.m. each morning of the users' conference in Broadmoor Hall A. This new breakfast arrangement has helped move us towards a goal to reduce overall conference costs.
